Amazon's Fallout series will get released soon. Recently, we got a lot of information - we can expect a faithful representation of one of the biggest video game franchises.
Fallout will air on Amazon Prime Video on April 12, 2024. In the coming months, we will probably receive a lot of new information related to this series, including trailers. We already have a good understanding of this post-apocalyptic show, which gives us a clear idea of what the adaptation will look like.
In Amazon's production, we will be taken to the West Coast of the United States, specifically to the devastated Los Angeles. That's where Vault 33 was built, in which the main character, Lucy, lives with her father who manages the whole place. The girl embarks on an unspecified rescue mission.
During her expedition, she encounters a variety of characters, such as mutants, ghouls, and the legendary Brotherhood of Steel. Throughout the series, it will be revealed that many groups are in search of an artifact hidden somewhere in the wasteland. Officially, we still don't know what it is, but fans speculate that it refers to the G.E.C.K., a terraforming tool that aids in restoring the environment to its former state.
We will also see the world before the war form 2077, as well as the origin story of Vault Boy. Therefore, the series will be canon.
Many names of actors involved in this project have been disclosed in the past few months. This applies to both the leading actors and the supporting characters. Amazon's Fallout will feature:
Lucy, with her storyline and naive perception of the world, will be the main character in the developing story. On the other end of the spectrum is Ghul, to whom radioactivity gave eternal life, but at the same time destroyed his body. The bounty hunter, who has been alive for hundreds of years, has become a legend and also a bitter individual. His perspective is different from the one presented by Lucy.
Thanks to a Vanity Fair article, we not only learned a lot about the upcoming series, but also saw what Fallout will look like.
Although the premiere date has been revealed and the first shots from the series have been shown, we still haven't received a trailer. In mid-September, we were able to see a leaked trailer from a closed presentation, but the material shown was short and of low quality. A few days ago, online users noticed a post on Instagram that seems to suggest that the first Fallout trailer will be officially presented soon. It hasn't happened yet, so we must be patient.
