Not so long ago we mentioned an impressive mod, adding full English dubbing to the excellent Hollow Knight. Avid overs of the hit metroidvania game decided to surprise us once again, this time presenting a huge fan expansion, which even the devs of the original would not be ashamed of.

A project full of passion

Pale Court is a large mod developed independently by a group of passionate fans of the game by Team Cherry. The story of the expansion focuses on a tournament in the kingdom of Hallownest. The player's task is to face five powerful bosses. Each opponent is characterized by a different style and dynamic of combat, while the quality of the skirmishes themselves stands at the level known from the base game.

In addition to powerful adversaries, Pale Court offers new content, such as:

  1. amulets;
  2. models, graphics and music;
  3. dialogues with partial dubbing.

Those interested in the modification can download it here. The project requires a mod manager to install it, called "Scarab".

Creative community frozen in anticipation

Despite several years having passed since the release of the original game, the Hollow Knight community continues to surprise with its creativity and dedication to Team Cherry's work.

Pale Court is sure to pass the time for many players eagerly awaiting information about the sequel, Hollow Knight: Silksong.
