Bleach Rebirth of Souls is an arena fighter game in which players take on the roles of characters known from the Bleach manga and anime. In addition to the campaign, which tells the fate of Ichigo, Rukia, Orihime and others, there is also a versus mode with both real people and AI-controlled opponents. Mastering to perfection basic mechanics, will allow you to get more victories. And one of such techniques is counter. Together with our guide you will learn how to perform it correctly.
How to do counter in Bleach Rebirth of Souls?
First of all, in order to learn how to use the counter mechanic correctly, we recommend going into training mode.
- Choose for yourself any character, and for your opponent one on which you want to learn how to counter their attacks.
- When you are in the arena, pause the game and select record settings.
- Now, in the Playback Type section, pick Loop.
- Next, press Start/Stop Recording button.
- When this option is enabled and you take control of the opponent, perform the move you want to practice against so that it repeats later.
- When you are ready, pick Play/Pause recorded data, for your enemy to do the exact input you did earlier.
This will give you the freedom to practice how to counter this attack.
Once everything is set, there's nothing left to do but to try realistically avoiding the recorded opponent's blows. To do this, you have to press a proper combination of buttons (on default settings: L2 + X on PS5 controller, LT + A on Xbox gamepad and Tab + X on keyboard) at a split second before you get hit by an opponent's attack. The window is small, so try to wait for the right moment and pay attention if the attack is very close to your character. If you do everything right, the animation will start playing, and you will be able to go on the offensive.
