How to Refund Space Marine 2 on Steam

The refund procedure on Steam is really simple. However, to do this, you must meet the conditions:

1. You purchased the game directly on Steam;
2. The total time you have spent in the title is shorter than 2 hours;
3. The game was purchased no more than 14 days ago.

You must keep in mind, that everything written above applies to titles that have already been released. 2-weeks time is ticking from the premiere date. Of course, if you have played the title more than 2 hours, even in early access, it still counts. If you are qualified for refund, you can do the following steps to get your money back:

1. First, press the "Help" tab on Steam top bar;
2. Next from the expandable menu, choose "Steam support";
3. Select Space Marine 2 from the list of recent titles (if the game isn’t visible, you can find it in "Transactions" tab).
4. Go to the "Problem" section and select the refund option.

At the end you must decide where you want to receive the money and wait for the refund.

How to Refund Space Marine 2 on Epic Games Store

If you want to refund game in Epic Games Store, you also need to meet the three conditions. They are the same as on Steam.

1. The game was purchased directly on Epic Games Store;
2. You played the title less than 2 hours;
3. The game was purchased maximally 14 days ago.

If you are entitled to the refund, you must do the following steps:

1. Click on your “Account” icon located in the upper right corner of the Epic Games Store;
2. In the drop-down menu, choose “Account”;
3. Open your “Purchase” history and expand Space Marine 2 transaction;
4. Click on “Request Refund”.

How to Refund Space Marine 2 on GOG

On GOG, the process of refund is much easier. You can get you money back, if you have bought the game less than 30 days ago. How to do this?

1. Click on your account icon located in the top left corner of GOG Galaxy;
2. From drop-down menu choose “Orders History”;
3. Find Space Marine 2 in the transaction list and click “Ask for a refund” button.

Remember that GOG can reject your refund if they believe that it is in bad faith and hurts developers.
