Inspector Gadget: MAD Time Party Announced
Inspector Gadget is a character who rarely features in video games. Smart Tale and Microids decided to remind us of this character, and the fruit of this endeavor will be the game titled Inspector Gadget: MAD Time Party.
Microids and Smart Tale are preparing a new game based on a well-known license. As the title suggests, Inspector Gadget: MAD Time Party will enable us to take on the role of Inspector Gadget, well known to cartoon fans. The title is headed to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch. The release will take place on September 14, this year.
Inspector Gadget: MAD Time Party will be a game combining TPP action adventure games and multiplayer social titles.
- The game will take us to Metro City, which has been taken over by Doctor Claw and his minions. Desperate for a solution to this problem, Inspector Gadget will decide to travel back in time. Unfortunately, his vehicle will malfunction, as a result of which the protagonist's ancestors will end up in the present.
- The game will offer a single-player adventure mode, in which we will explore Metro City, perform tasks, as well as take part in 16 different mini-games, competing with Inspector Gadget's ancestors and facing the forces of evil.
- Various gadgets at the hero's disposal will help us in achieving victory.
- During the gameplay we will visit locations known from the original series, and we will meet, among others, such characters as Quimby, Penny or, finally, Agents of M.A.D.
- In addition, in Inspector Gadget: MAD Time Party we will find a multiplayer mode, prepared for play in the company of up to three people.
- The title will receive colorful graphics maintained in the cartoonish style known from the original. The game will be accompanied by a soundtrack, signed by Tanis Chalopin - daughter of Inspector Gadget's "father", Jean Chalopin.
