Big things are happening in the Bluey TV series. The cartoon is preparing viewers for the arrival of the big episode, which is expected to be the finale of the current series. The Sign will be the first 20+ minute episode, which is presumably meant to serve as a bittersweet farewell to the TV show, but not forever. For those wondering what this grand finale means and whether it will be the end of the entire cartoon, we rush to provide answers and already indicate that they don’t have to worry.

Bluey is not ending at all. Ludo Studio has plans to continue the cartoon after The Sign episode, but not right away. As announced, the creators need a break from Bluey to catch a breath and reset their minds. After it, they are expected to return with new ideas for Bluey's next adventures, so neither parents nor children need to panic – their favorite animated series will return.

However, it is unclear when this will happen. Ludo Studio hasn’t said how long the hiatus will last. As a consolation, however, fans will get this extra-long, 20+ minute episode to prepare them for the break.

Bluey is a hit, so it is doubtful that the creators want to give it up. The cartoon is still very popular, and it's unlikely anyone wants to get rid of the hen that lays the golden eggs. Producer Daley Pearson assured fans that the hiatus is only to help them “improve” the cartoon, so this hiatus, while it may worry some, is good news in the long run, as it will help the creators in future work on the production.
