Kao the Kangaroo Launches Today

Today marks the release of Kao the Kangaroo Kao on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.

Fans of the Kao the Kangaroo series had to wait seven years for its next installment. Today, however, the countdown is coming to an end, for Kao the Kangaroo from Tate Multimedia, the creators of the last two installments, launches. The title is coming out on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch and will has already been unlocked.

What is Kao the Kangaroo about?

Story-wise, the new Kao the Kangaroo will revolve around the search for the sister of the main protagonist and the discovery of the mystery behind the disappearance of his father. In order to achieve these goals, he will be forced to travel across different regions of the world and face warriors possessed by dark forces, led by the powerful Eternal Warrior. Fortunately, he will not be alone in this task. His loyal friends, such as his mentor Walt, will help him.

Boxed editions

You cannot buy Kao the Kangaroo on digital platforms yet, even as pre-order. You can, however, purchase the boxed versions. There are two editions available - a standard one and the so-called Super Jump edition, which, in addition to the game itself, includes a colorful backpack.

However, before you decide to buy Kao the Kangaroo, it is worth having a look at the official system requirements for the title, posted on Steam.
