The seemingly simple times of the Middle Ages inspire many people and creators with stories about kings, knights, lords, and their manors. Luckily, there is one upcoming game which will let you impersonate a lord whose task is to grow their own village – Manor Lords. The title is still in development, but it was already recognised and complimented by the team responsible for Total War series. This probably puts no pressure at all on the single developer. To add to the tension, many fans are asking the creator if multiplayer and coop components will be present in this production. Let’s dive deeper and find out.

Multiplayer and coop in Manor Lords explained

Manor Lords draws in unprecedented numbers of people interested in this game. With over 2 million players wishlisting the title on Steam, this fact surprises even the developer himself. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that many of the fans would like to enjoy this promising production with their friends. Fortunately, Slavic Magic gave us an answer regarding this component of the production.

As the game is not even out yet, and it’s planned to hit Early Access program first, it is only natural that the creator’s main focus is on polishing the singleplayer experience first. That being said, the developer is not ruling out a possibility of multiplayer later on. We can speculate that if the game proves to be successful enough, there are high chances that you will be able to enjoy this medieval world together with your friends.

We have to stay patient and support the author of Manor Lords, Grzegorz Styczen, as much as we can. With such high expectations from the players’ side, it is very important for him to focus on the core features first and then, when everything works as intended, expand on the idea.
