Mara is coming to Strinova. Developers shared her release date
Strinova regularly receives new updates. So, we should not be surprised that developers have announced a new character - Mara. When will she be released?
Strinova is a free-to-play multiplayer shooter with characters inspired by anime/manga art style. This game has attracted many players due to its rather unique twist – you can transform your character’s model from 3D into 2D. Of course, as in the case of live service games, the title has been receiving additional content since its November release. A few hours ago developers announced a new update, it will add a new playable character – Mara.
Mara is coming to Strinova
Mara is currently available on Chinese test servers. So, most of the world doesn’t have access to her yet. However, this will change at the end of the month – developers announced on X that she will be released globally on 27th March.
Mara is perfect 1v1 specialist. She has great abilities to bypass enemy armor. So, what can she actually do? Let’s look at some of her abilities:
- Mara passive allows her to deal small amounts of HP damage even if the enemy has armor. The only restriction in this case is that the opponent had already lost some HP points. Additionally, when this character uses her ultimate, she can heal herself by dealing damage.
- She can surround the enemy whit the orb. This skill not only increases the hitbox but additionally allows you to deal damage bypassing armor.
- Killing enemies also give her stacks, that increases fire rate and ADS speed. When Mara dies, the counter is reduced by half.
Looking at the above, no wonder that some players on Reddit consider this character overpowered and suggest that she should be nerfed in the future.
