Medieval MMORPG Gloria Victis available as a playable Alpha
Medieval MMO Gloria Victis, a project that was greenlit on Steam some time ago, is available as a playable Alpha. The game is being developed exclusively for PC.
If you are a fan of Medieval-themed MMOs you might be interested in Gloria Victis, a debut project of Polish studio Black Eye Games, greenlit on Steam some time ago. The title is now available as a playable Alpha after its latest update to 0.5 version. The patch improved inventory, guilds, and buffs, but also added new locations and enemies, and enhanced overall performance (see the changelog here). Entering Alpha stage necessitated a wipe of players progress so far, which means if you haven’t played Gloria Victis yet, you don’t have to worry about having a late start.
Gloria Victis is currently available for backers only. Tthe lowest financial tier that grants game access is $10. If you want to contribute and step into this Medieval world, head over to the game’s official website. Gloria Victis is being developed exclusively for PC. Right now only Windows systems are supported, but the developers are planning to release their game on Mac OS and Linux too. There is no word on when we can expect the title to be finished.
