With version 1.0, Abiotic Factor introduced a new entity, Moving Box. Players’ opinions on this creature are divided.
At last, Abiotic Factor reached version 1.0. Of course, it brings new content and quality of live improvements. You can check the patch notes here. However, one of the most intriguing novelties is not there. After the update, players have begun to encounter a new entity – Moving Box. Many of them are scared by this creature. Is it dangerous or peaceful? What is it? Let’s try to answer these questions.
The world of Abiotic Factor is full of dangers. So, no wonder that players are distrustful when it comes to new entities. You never know when something will kill you… or run away with your precious loot, right? That is why the new creature, Moving Box, is in the center of attention right now. Many people are curious but at the same time afraid of it.
Based on players’ accounts, it looks like Moving Box is quite harmless. So, you don’t need to worry. It is exactly what it states to be – a moving box. It has its own inventory and seems to be capable of gathering items that you throw away or leave on the ground. It can be quite useful, and many people believe it is cute. However, some players are irritated by its clinginess or simply by the fact that it is unknown and not described in any database, wondering even if it is dangerous.
At present, there is no specific way to summon Moving Box (at least not a widely known one). It seems to appear on its own without invitation. However, when it does, there is also one additional way you can use it. Players discovered that you can farm experience in sneaking thanks to it. It even crouches with you! There is a chance that fans will discover even more usage for this interesting creature in the future.
If you want to learn more about the game or Moving Box itself, you should visit the official Abiotic Factor Discord server. It is a good source of knowledge about this dangerous world. Good luck.
