Incursion Red River was released in early access two days ago. Action of this game is set in Vietnam in the during modern conflict. You play the role of a soldier who must complete the assigned missions. To do this, you have to select equipment and reach a specific area. Will you fight other players during your adventure, though? From this guide you will find out if there is a PvP mode in the game.

PvP and Multiplayer in Incursion Red River Explained

Incursion Red River is the first-person extraction shooter. So, during the adventure you end up on a map, where you have to complete certain tasks and then leave the area. You can do it alone or in the company of up to three other people. At the same time, you will not be fighting with other players. So, this is a typical PvE-oriented production. The only option to play with friends is tkanks to the coop mode.

However, some players ask about adding a PvP mode to the game. Developers at Games Of Tomorrow studio have made it clear that there are no plans to add this mode (via official server on Discord). It’s possible that they will change their minds over time, but this seems unlikely.

Instead, we can expect the content described in the roadmap (you can find it on game card on Steam). Among planned features, you'll find new weapons and a map. There will also be an improved health system, better enemy AI and extreme weather conditions. These additions are expected to appear by January 2025.
