Zoochosis is the horror game about mutated animals. While you have to face many creatures in the game, there are also some people – Sarah is one of them. She is an important character, and decision regarding her is one of the most crucial in this title. Let’s talk about it.

Beware of spoilers, as we will talk about story and endings.

Zoochosis Decision – What to do with Sarah

So, you meet Sarah in a difficult situation for her. She is without clothes and hangs above a meat grinder. You have a choice to kill her or save her life. If you want to reach the best possible ending, you have to rescue her.

She is crucial, as thanks to her help, in the best scenario, you will be able to kill the Mother and defeat the doctor. At the same time, you will both run away. To be more precise, there are various good outcomes and while there are some common elements (those which I have mentioned), be prepared for some delicate differences between scenarios. For example, in one ending our character takes the car for himself, in another he destroys it. One more presents Sarah talking to the camera at the end, and the other omits this part. At this point it seems that the highest number of recorded endings has a Youtuber Foxplay, however these are not all of the possibilities.

Who is Sarah in Zoochosis

As was stated before, Sarah Watkins is a crucial character for the good ending. She is an investigative reporter for a local newspaper, Pine Valley. The journalist wants to discover dirty secrets of the CMS Watkins corporation (yes, the name is not accidental, her dad has done some terrible things). However, she is caught and prepared for grinding. She can be saved or killed by the main protagonist. In some endings she can successfully complete her task.
