Sea of Stars - How to Win in BS Roulette
In theory, roulette should be based on luck. In Sea of Stars however, it doesn't quite work that way. If you spin the wheel, unfortunately, you won't be able to win. Instead, you will lose 10G each time. So it's better not to repeat this activity too many times. This way you will save money.
However, there is an option in the game to cheat Bonus Spin Roulette. Near the building where this mini-game takes place you will find a fortune teller. He is a blond man with a lowered head, so you will recognize him without much trouble. Talk to him, and there will be an option to buy the correct answer. It will cost you 90G.
Once you've struck a bargain, you can go to Edward again and spin the roulette. This time, however, the whole action will be successful. As a reward, you will receive Question Pack #2, an item you can later give to Quiz Master in Lucent.
