Increased number of updates to Silent Hill 2's product card on Steam give hope for a quick release of the remake of the iconic horror game.
Silent Hill 2 Remake is one of the most anticipated horror games to be released on the video game market soon.
Admittedly, we still haven't learned the official release date of the game developed by Polish studio Bloober Team, however, the recent "movements" around the game - along with an earlier leak - give hope for its swift debut, i.e. at the beginning of 2024.
Why this conjecture? The main clue suggesting the imminent release of the remake of Silent Hill 2 are recent changes in the so-called logs on the game's product card on Steam, which are tracked by SteamDB which analyzes data from Valve's platform.
In particular, the subsection about achievements seems interesting, as support for this feature is most often added at the final stage of work.
Clues suggesting a near release of Silent Hill 2 Remake are connected with the June leak, according to which the game is expected to debut early next year. Recall that the source of these revelations was none other than Luke Roberts, that is, the actor providing the voice for the protagonist of SH2R.
The imminent debut of the new Silent Hill 2 would not be surprising, given last year's statement of the head of Bloober Team Piotr Babieno, who already in October 2022 suggested that the title was close to completion.
Let me remind you that Silent Hill 2 Remake will be released on PC and PlayStation 5 consoles ..
