Sony Remembers; Free PS5 for First Owner of PS4 and PS4 Pro
Joey Chiu, one of PlayStation's most devoted fans, was appreciated by Sony. The company presented him with a PS5 along with all its launch titles.
Sony knows how to take care of its player-friendly company image. Joey Chiu, a fan who was the first person to queue up for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro, received the PlayStation 5 console for free. A special badge was attached to the device, praising the player's patience and previous achievements. A code has been added to this to unlock the digital versions of all the launch titles for the new console.
This is a nice gesture that appreciates the fan's dedication. In 2013 Joey Chiu was the first person in line in the New York store at the official launch event for PlayStation 4, and three years later he was able to repeat this feat at the launch of PS4 Pro.
It's worth mentioning that this is not the first time that Sony has appreciated Chiu. The fan appeared on the E3 2014 mural commissioned by the company, which you can see above.
