Magnus is a master of rapid energy regeneration and serves as a stalwart defender, protecting allies while controlling the battlefield. Here's the optimal build for him:

1. RK1 – Offensive Stance is an instant support skill that adds bonus to his attack and defense.
2. RK3 – Forceful Cast. With this skill Magnus can throw an enemy to an empty tile 3 or 4 tiles away from him, dealing additional damage to all opponents within 1 tile of the target and inflicting movement debuff that lasts for 2 turns.
3. RK5 – Bloodthirsty Axe. With this reaction he can Strike Back with a basic attack when hit by an active attack from the front or side. This effect can be activated up to 1 time per turn.
4. RK7 – Blood & Steel is a Leader’s Aura. When activated, all "Fortitude" allies gain increased attack and defense. Additionally, allies with HP above 70% take reduced damage and becomes immune to the negative effect of the Injured status.
5. RK9 – Mighty Swing enhances his basic attack, dealing additional AoE damage to all enemies within a 3x2 area in the target direction.
6. RK11 – Iron Chariot is a devastating single-target attack that inflicts a massive damage. Before striking, Magnus gains bonus to attack and defense for the next 2 turns.
