Sword of the Sea From Co-creators of Journey and Abzu Announced
The co-creators of Journey, Abzu and Pathless presented the beautiful game Sword of the Sea at the PlayStation Showcase.
Organized by Sony, the PlayStation Showcase presentation was devoted not only to high-budget productions. The show also brought a lot of attractions for fans of smaller, but equally interesting games. The latter category includes Sword of the Sea.
- This is a new game from the co-creators of the excellent games Journey and Abzu.
- The game is headed for PlayStation 5.
- For now, the developers are not ready to give a planned release date.
- Sword of the Sea will take players to an abandoned kingdom, the surface of which is constantly undulating.
- We will travel through this bizarre land using a Hoversword, which resembles a snowboard. Players will be able to use it to build momentum, reaching impressive speeds and perform stunts while exploring skatepark-like ruins.
- In Sword of the Sea players we will take on the role of a character called Wraith, resurrected in a desolate world and tasked with restoring life to it by exploring sunken ruins and learning about diverse and vibrant cultures.
