Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon Launches

In a few hours, we will see the release of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon - a first-person open-world RPG developed by Awaken Realms Digital.

1. The game will debut in early access, exclusively on PC.
2. The game will be sold on Steam, where it will be unlocked at 6 p.m. CET.

4. The devs anticipate that the Early Access stage will last from 9 to 16 months depending on the reception of the early version and player feedback.

A dark fantasy world inspired by Arthurian legends

Action of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon takes place in a dark fantasy world inspired by the Arthurian legends. This universe was originally developed for the board game Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. In 2021 we got the first PC adaptation of the brand in the form of the strategy game Tainted Grail: Conquest. This title met with a very warm reception - it has 91% positive ratings on Steam.

Early version of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is expected to offer about 10-15 hours of fun and 90% of all the mechanics found in the full release.

1. In the following months, the devs intend to improve gameplay, including combat, add a stealth system and the option to use two weapons simultaneously.
2. They also plan to implement additional activities, such as fishing or the ability to have your own house with a garden.
3. On top of that, there will be more chapters of the story campaign (the early version will only offer the first one).
