It's been a while since we've heard about the post-pandemc MMO from the developer of Dead Dozen. The game was reminded of by Nvidia, which released an exclusive gameplay preview of The Day Before.
The video does not shock with its length (in practice, it shows only 50 seconds of footage from the game), although this is not surprising. After all, it was presented during the CES 2023 technology show, and therefore, like previous materials from the company, the gameplay focuses on the presentation of the technologies they support: ray tracing and DLSS 3.
The gameplay demonstration posted on YouTube is available below.
This does not mean that the game's developers have hidden their heads in the sand. In mid-December they published new screenshots from The Day Before, as well as a video dedicated to life at Fnastic (or rather, outside it).
Unfortunately, for now, the players are not thrilled. The developers were supposed to switch to a new graphics engine, and in the meantime - according to Internet users - the game looks worse than on earlier videos. On top of that, very little gameplay was shown to date, despite the fact that the release is just around the corner.
The Day Before will debut on March 1 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. It's also worth mentioning that the game already has official system requirements (via Steam). You can find them below. The configuration for ray tracing is not yet known.
