The developers of the RPG Wartales aren't wasting time and will soon release the second major expansion to players in line with their roadmap. This time we will open our own tavern, which we will have to manage properly in order to make a living.

The Tavern Opens expansion will go on sale on April 18. We will be able to decorate the interior, employ staff, and develop our own menu to provide the best food for tired travelers. We haven't yet learned the price that will have to be paid for the discussed DLC.

Furthermore, the expansion will introduce "unique" events and rewards, but so far we have not found out what exactly this description means. So we have to wait for more details from Shiro Games studio.

In June, Wartales will receive a free update. It will bring new maps and traps. In the coming months, the devs plan to release yet unannounced DLC and provide more new content.

Let's remind that the first DLC - Pirates of Belerion - went on sale on December 14, 2023. We can go on sea voyages in it and upgrade our ship. Until April 24, Steam users can buy this DLC for $14.99 (originally $19.99).

We will also buy the basic game at a lower price. Until April 24th, Wartales will be available for $26.24. After this time, the cost of the game will rise back to $34.99. Let's note that the title can also be played on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and on the Game Pass service.
