The Wolf Among Us 2 to Launch Over 10 Years After Prequel - Another Delay
The Wolf Among Us 2 has suffered another delay. As a result, the highly anticipated title will be released no earlier than next year.
This year, the first season of The Wolf Among Us will turn 10 years old. Virtually since its release, a sequel has been regularly mentioned. However, as it turns out, those waiting for The Wolf Among Us 2 must arm themselves with even more patience, for the game has suffered another delay and will not be released this year. The developers want to refine their work.
In an interview with IGN CEO of Telltale Games - Jamie Ottilie - explained that the pressure from players waiting for the title is high. Therefore, the developers want to do their best to satisfy the community and release the best possible work. Unfortunately, however, this takes time.
In addition, the contribution to the delay was the change of the graphics engine to Unreal Engine 5. Because of it, several things that had already been created had to be redone. No wonder, then, that it was decided to delay the release.
