The answer to Wordle on July 22, 2025 is
Burnt is an adjective which describes something destroyed by fire. It is also an irregular form of a verb “burn” in both past simple and participle. Though, the “burned” version is also proper. The former is used commonly in British English, while the latter is the word of choice in American English.
All you need to do is go to The New York Times website. You don’t have to create an account or log in. Next just pick a 5-letter word and start guessing. If you see the letter in the green field, it means that it is a good letter and in a right position. If the square is yellow/orange, you have guessed the letter, but not the proper place. Good luck.
