We will wait until September for the release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2, a set containing refreshed versions of the first two parts of the series. It turns out that we will be able to check out the project earlier thanks to a demo version, but only if we place a digital pre-order.
People with such pre-orders will be able to download the demo from August 14 this year. The demo version will contain a map called Warehouse, located inside a warehouse converted to a skatepark.
The decision to restrict access to the demo only to people with digital pre-orders is disappointing. We hope that after some time to the demo version will be made available to all interested users.
It is also worth mentioning that the developers have released a short new video with gameplay footage, featured at the beginning of this news.
In addition, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2 will feature some new faces in addition to the original skateboarders - Nyjah Huston, Leo Baker, Leticia Bufoni, Aori Nishimura, Lizzie Armanto, Shane O'Neill, Riley Hawk and Tyshawn Jones. The creators will also appropriately age the veterans of the first two installments, so that their models correspond to current appearance.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 is coming to PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. It will be released on September 4 this year, simultaneously on all hardware platforms. The PC version will only be available through Epic Games Store.
