As we informed at the end of October, studio The Chinese Room and company Paradox Interactive have begun revealing the vampire clans that the player will be able to join in the upcoming RPG Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2.

  1. Last week, via a 16-second trailer with gameplay footage, the devs introduced the Brujah clan, comprising mainly rebels and individualists.
  1. Today, however, a shorter, 15-second gameplay trailer was shared, which briefly introduces the the second playable vampire clan - the Tremere. It primarily includes a variety of mages.

One wishes that the fragments - actually fragments - of gameplay demonstrated in the above materials were at least a bit longer, so that we could draw any conclusions about the gameplay. However, it seems that there will still be time for more extensive gameplays - the developers have announced one for January 2024 - and the next two clans will be presented in a similar manner.

It is worth noting here that the revealed gameplay fragments come from the "post-alpha" version of the game - so basically from the beta. It can therefore be expected that the gameplay in Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 will not change very dramatically anymore. Perhaps that's why the developers are skimping on its more extensive fragments.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is scheduled for release in 2024 on PC, PS5 and XSX/S.
