Extensive gameplay from Soulframe hit the Internet. It shows that at the beginning of the game, we will have to create a mother for our character.
Soulframe is an upcoming free-to-play fantasy action game from the developers of Warframe. Although we still don't know exactly when the game will see the light of day, more and more is known about the gameplay itself. During the TennoCon 2024 conference, a 17-minute material was presented showcasing important mechanics. Definitely the most interesting option is the ability to configure the mother of our character.
Everything is accompanied by a beautiful film interlude depicting a battle, which ends with a shot of a woman holding a baby in her arms. Of course, a video clip isn't everything. We will be able to customize the appearance of our parent. Changing her characteristics will prompt the narrator to respond with a variety of epithets and metaphors. Unfortunately, we don't see the entire process. However, it appears that it will either be reflected in the available options during character creation, or it will be generated automatically based on the mother's appearance (or both parents - this would make a lot of sense, but it is still unknown if we will also create the protagonist's father).
If you are interested in Soulframe, you can find the full gameplay video below.
The published gameplay also presents many interesting details. So let's take a look at the most important ones.
It's also worth paying attention to the presentation of a huge update to Warframe called 1999, which will be released this winter. Below you can watch the trailer of the update.
