A new level gives you additional slots for artifacts.

Go back to Cartman's basement and speak with him. You are now able to use artifacts - be equipping them you can increase your stats. The game has a lot of artifacts, you can even craft some of them if you have the right recipes and ingredients.

A fast travel point - find them to travel through the city faster.

Leave the basement. You can now notice a fast travel station. You can find them in most of the regions. Each one of them must be activated first if you want to move from one to another. Go near the bus stop where you can find a group of sixth graders - face them.

This time, the game suggests you to throw a Snap N Pop at the fireworks that are in a basket of one of the bikes. This sets two enemies on fire which means that they will start the fight with reduced health. However, they get a first move. But before that you get a chance to change fight's difficulty. You can also do that later in the game's menu. A higher difficulty gives you no bonuses. The rule is simple: if there are fireworks near your enemies, light them up - otherwise, you should throw fart on them before you initiate a fight.
