Craig is standing in front of Tweek Bros Coffe, however, only after you reach a certain point of the story.

After the mission, The Bowels of The Beast, go to Tweek Bros Coffe, where, in front of the entrance, you meet Craig. You can complete this side quest only after the Medicinal Fried Fiasco, as you need to have the FartPause power. First, talk to Craig standing in front of Tweek Coffe, than to Tweek, who is in the back room. Go to Craig's house to get Stripe - his guinea pig (you can find it on the first floor, inside the boy's room).

To accomplish this, you need to throw a fart into the vent, where the animal is hiding. Then, use the FartPause to catch the guinea pig while it is escaping towards the second vent. Return with the animal to Tweek. Then, talk to both boys again to end this part of the quest.

Therapy Wars

After completing Chaos Gambit and Ghost Reconciler you can continue this quest. After receiving the message, go to South Park Elementary. There, you have to go to the gym for a talk and a fight (you are on the team with Craig and Tweek). Completing this quest is necessary to take a selfie with both boys' parents, unlocking a new unique ability for both of them, and acquiring several powerful artifacts.
