South Park The Fractured But Whole: Coonstagram

The first quest that you get from Cartman requires you to take four selfies with people from your neighborhood. Mrs. Farnickle is your first target. You can meet her right after leaving the home. Press (R1/RB) to take a selfie. You can take them with any of the characters that have a camera icon above their head which is visible in Inspection Mode. Then, you must go left and help the Postman to open the mailbox (hit it). After that he will take a picture with you. Then, you must take selfies with other kids on the street (you need two more pictures to complete the quest). This unlocks access to a map in your phone and a quick view (L1/LB).

Selfies are connected to "Influencer" Title - challenges that reward players for completing a certain number of actions. The first level requires 4 selfies, the second 10 etc. Each completed level gives you items and experience - selfies are one of the easiest challenges. However, some characters won't take pictures with you unless you fulfill certain requirements (making a favor, having a certain number of photos taken with other NPCs etc.).
