Inside the transport, you can try checking several interactive containers, but none of them will be the one you are looking for.

To have a higher chance of finding it, head to the end of the corridor on the left (to the barriers with the no entry sign), turn left, head inside, between the containers on the left and the grid on the right. You will reach a terminal (on the left), which you must use. Select the cargo sharing in the J-Q section (Richard is looking for James Nolan). Now leave the place with the terminal, to the open space of the transport and head to the right.

Once the cargo appears where Lydia is standing, the cryo-chambers Richard is looking for will land right next to the girl (the last two on this side). Check them (the penultimate is James, the last one is Tracy).
