Once you are in the clinic, move forward till you notice gray-haired Wesley de Palma on the same bench as usual - sit in front of him. You will begin a conversation which will be interrupted by the medical robot.

Enter the building, approach the reception and interact with Mona. At first, she will try to schedule an appointment for Adam for tomorrow but it will turn out that the doctor can see him today (during the conversation with the android, Adam will be interrupted by governor Cain. Have a little talk with him).

Go to door number A01 on the right, pass through it and then go through door L2 (on the left of the willow-green holographic statue in the center). Approach the doctor behind it and talk to him.

Follow him to the sunroom in the middle of the hall, and as requested, lie down on the armchair he is standing by. An examination will take place. At some point doctor Stykes will leave the room. As soon as it's possible, leave the scanner armchair, exit the sunroom (it's best to use the exit on the right) and look around. You can focus on different objects (read a note, take a look at the notebook, synchronizer, and other devices), but what really should draw Adam's attention is a terminal (on the right of the synchronizer). Use it.

As a result, another data fragment (4) will appear. Make sure to collect it. Get back to the scanner room and the doctor will join you shortly. Talk to him - you can pretend that everything is alright, or confess that strange things are happening. Either way, the doctor will tell Adam to stay at home.

Head towards door L2, and A01 - the doctor will ask our hero about his son. Leave the clinic and go to the train station. Select "Infinity Plaza".
