Go right, on the hover cars parking. Try to use one of them. John will suggest that you should take a rail train. Go back to the building's exit and then head in the opposite direction. On your way you can say hello to Mrs. Patrick.

You will now experience something similar to an earthquake. After that, you have to approach the tracer (John kneels next to it). Pick it up, even though none of them knows what it is (looks a little bit like a mobile phone).

Head to a rail train cart and use it.
