Did you miss the camera in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? By completing the main quest Camera Work in the Depths, you unlock the ability to take photos in the game. During it, you will go into the underground of the Hyrule Kingdom for the first time. Our walkthrough will help you find Robbie in Depths and explain what Lightroots are.

After visiting Captain Hoz and talking to Purah, you unlock the main quest Regional Phenomena. After you finish talking with Purah, follow Josha, who will run to Robbie.

Talk to Josha and Robbie to unlock the Camera Work in the Depths main quest.

Go to the designated place south of Lookout Landing and jump into the hole in the ground. Use the glider to land safely. Talk to the man by the fire and go in the direction he indicates. Along the way, activate Lightroot which, like the Skyview Tower on the surface, will reveal part of the Depths map. Go west, following the campfires left by Robbie.

To light your way, use the Brightbloom seeds that Josha gave you. Attach the seed to the arrow and shoot it in the chosen direction. When the seed hits the ground, a flower that emits a faint glow will immediately grow from it.

When fighting with enemies in Depths, you will quickly notice that after losing health points, Link's hearts will be broken. You will not be able to recover lost health by eating normal meals. You must either go to the surface and stay there for a brief moment, or prepare a special meal or potion to restore the hearts damaged by Gloom. Try to cook the meat with salt.

Upon reaching Robbie, you will unlock the Camera. Press L, select the new skill and take a picture of the statue where Robbie is standing. Return to Josha (you can use the fast travel point at Lookout Landing) and show her the photo.


