Tyranny: Foes, Befriended - side quest

You will find imprisoned rebels on the roof of a building in Boulder Reef Village

It is a side quest that you perform for the Scarlet Chorus. Again, it is given by Splinter in Cacophony after the completion of the Opportune Offensive quest. You have to go to Boulder Reef Village to free some rebels. They are guarded by many guards who are incredibly resistant to melee attacks therefore it's wise to use all talents that deal elemental or magical damage. Try to sneak, too, and maybe you'll manage to separate enemy forces into two groups, which will make the fight easier.

On the roof of a building, you will find the rebels. You need Subterfuge 52 to free them. It is the only option to save them. Once you do, just report back to Splinter. This time, you won't receive any reward aside from experience and bonuses to skills. This quest is entirely linear-it has no dialogues and alternative approach opportunities.
