Quests in Howling Rock

Main quest: Carving the Path - in this location, you have to meet with Radix who will give you further instructions concerning the quest. To reach him, you have to show a secret sign, which the Disfavored taught you earlier, to the Earthshakers.

Main quest: Securing The Sea - in this quest, you will have to talk to Radix about the tasks that have to be performed before performing the ritual becomes possible. In this location, you can also obtain Azurelith Shards which are required for the ritual.

Main quest: Seats of Power - from this location, you can directly access Dawning Spire where you can activate the runic sign of the Spire to claim it.

Non-player characters in Howling Rock

Radix and Caedix - the Disfavored. They are connected to the main quests you have to perform in this location. Moreover, they can be talked to about some topics concerning the plot.

Caestus - a merchant. He offers a wide range of the Earthshakers' stuff and also sells healing potions and usable items.

Enemies in Howling Rock

Scarlet Chorus - four numerous units of the Scarlet Chorus appear in this location during the Securing The Sea quest. You will fight all kinds of Choirmen you've encountered so far and usually be slightly outnumbered by them. Moreover, the Beastmen will fight you alongside them.

Going further from Howling Rock

During your first visit in the location, you can go to Howling Rock Runic Hall. The passage will be open without any hurdles.

Having taken on the Securing The Sea quest and spoken to Radix, you will see Aurora Spire and Gulfglow, which leads to the Runic Hall of the Spire, on the map.
