This page of our Assassin's Creed Odyssey game guide describes only one quest - the Island of Misfortune, in the Keos region.
The Island of Misfortune
You have to sail to the island and then talk with Xenia, the pirate leader. During the conversation, the woman will ask for a large amount of information. You have to pay her 15,000 Drachm in order to continue the main plot.
If you lie during the conversation with Xenia, or if you killed one of the pirates on the island, the price will be raised to 17,000. As a consolation, you will be given a side quests of burglary with a chest filled with gold, which will contain several thousand drachms.
Once you've completed all three main tasks, you'll be on a mission Rising from the Ashes.
