As a thank you for the help given to her beloved, Cliodhna will reward you with a large amount of cash (23,000 G) and an item called Laurel Circlet. More importantly, however, she will reveal her identity as a Magick Archer and unlock for you the ability to change your vocation to Magick Archer. As a master of her craft, she will also offer you the Spellbow's Paradox scroll. Selecting it from the equipment and using it as a Magick Archer will give you access to the skill Martyr's Bolt - a powerful projectile that takes away part of the user's health. Magick Archer is a vocation that combines elements of the standard archer with magic tricks and buffs - Dragons Dogma 2: How to unlock vocation Magick Archer? - Vocations - Dragons Dogma 2 Guide

Magick Archer is a vocation that combines elements of the standard archer with magic tricks and buffs. Among the abilities exclusive to the class are:

  1. Ranged attacks dealing elemental damage;
  2. Skills that heal and support allies;
  3. Shooting at several enemies simultaneously;
  4. A series of quick shots;
  5. Guided shots.

A wide arsenal of ranged abilities makes Magick Archer an excellent long-range character. The class unfortunately loses during close combat, so proper positioning on the battlefield and proper party composition will be extremely important, meaning you will need at least one tank such as Fighter or Warrior.
