Fallout 76 beta has a release date, and PC and PS4 owners will lag behind

Fallout 76 beta will launch on October 23, Bethesda announced earlier today. The pre–order-exclusive Break-It Early Test Application features a distinguishable intro every Fallout fan should recognize. It has been published as well. Players are encouraged to break it now, so that it becomes bugless on launch. But not everybody will “enjoy it” at the same time.

Fallout 76 is not coming to Steam, Bethesda confirms

After days of speculation, here it comes – Fallout 76 is not making it to Steam. Bethesda says that in order to keep things organized, the game requires Bethesda.net, and not a third-party launcher. In other words, the much anticipated post-apocalyptic MMO-RPG won’t make it to the gaming’s most popular platform. Well, at least not at launch.

Fallout 76 features no paid DLCs, Bethesda confirms

Following a trend put forth by games like Battlefield V, Bethesda said Fallout 76 won’t feature a Season Pass. This means no paid DLCs – ever. How, then, is the developer going to make additional money off their newest multiplayer post-apocalyptic title? The answer is: microtransactions.

Fallout 76 BETA launches in October

Having been announced during this year’s E3, Fallout 76 closed BETA is coming for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this October. Above all, it should answer the question if Bethesda knows how to deliver a post-apocalyptic multiplayer survival, and if such a survival should be called a “Fallout” at all. But some will know the answer sooner than others.

Fallout 76 – Still story-focused, like other Bethesda games

Recently Bethesda Game Studios revealed their newest installment in the Fallout series – a game called Fallout 76. Not soon after Jason Schreier from Kotaku revealed that the latest entry in the post-apo games will be an online survival game that stirred the whole community. Now, the writer tries to ease off fans with information that it’s still going to be Fallout that people fell in love with.
