Skull Island: Rise of Kong had the potential to become the worst game of the year. It was a close call, but the editorial team ultimately gave the title to a different game. However, it's important to mention that Skull Island faced significant challenges with its publisher (GameMill Entertainment), which required the game to be developed from the ground up within a year, imposing severe budget constraints. And now everyone can "admire" the effects of these issues.
What is Skull Island: Rise of Kong, exactly? The young gorilla needs to seek vengeance against the murderer of its parents. Before that happens, he climbs to the top of the food chain, leading to battles with a variety of adversaries. Such "games" are definitely not needed, despite not sounding bad in theory, but the execution of the whole project cries out for vengeance.
