Reboot, not a continuation
Lately, there has been a trend of rebooting entire series. While this is understandable when a brand already has several parts, in the case of Lords of the Fallen, this approach may be a bit surprising. The latest installment will be a reboot of the first and only part. Despite this, the plot is a sequel, taking place an entire millenium after the events of the original. Once defeated, the demonic god Adyr returns, and we have to face him.
Lords of the Fallen for the second time
Lords of the Fallen is nothing more than an attempt to create a worthy representative of the soulslike genre . At the beginning, we choose one of the nine professions, but ultimately developing the hero according to our own preferences. We will get access to two realms filled with dangerous enemies and great bosses. Interestingly, death does not mean the end of the game – enemies also await on the other side. The combat itself is supposed to be much faster than the one offered by the original.
