Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

Another installment in one of the most popular FPS series of all time. Once again, futuristic warfare is the theme of the game, however, the player is taken even deeper into the world of the future. The game tells a story of a fictional conflict between the United Nations Space Alliance and the Settlement Defense Front - the latter stands against international cooperation. The player takes on the role of Captain Reyes - a pilot serving in Tier 1 Special Operations.

Grim is a FPS produced by More Polygons studio. The game focuses on dynamic and purely arcade network battles with other people. The fun is enhanced by several interesting ideas, such as equipping the characters with the ability to perform giant jumps and a system of buying improvements for themselves and the team.

The action takes place on Earth, though the planet was devastated by an asteroid. The protagonist has to face the new, brutal reality. Making allies among other survivors, they stand up to the military regime in order to fight for their future.

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes is a sequel to the action game LEGO Batman: The Video Game released in 2008. The game was developed by Traveller’s Tales, who also created such product as LEGO Indiana Jones and LEGO Harry Potter. As the title suggests, the player becomes The Dark Knight, and together with other DC Comics super heroes (such as Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and others) has to save Gotham City from the villains.

ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead

The vanilla production has been expanded with several new weapons and gadgets, including the AH-6X unmanned reconnaissance helicopter.

Game was created by Shaba Games studio in cooperation with Treyarch team, known mainly from Call of Duty series. Kane & Lynch: Dead Men

An original third-person action game created by the creators of Danish IO Interactive, a studio best known for its Hitman series. The plot of the game focuses on the fate of former mercenary Kane, who murdered his colleagues by appropriating precious diamonds, and Lynch, who killed his wife in a fit of schizophrenia. Both have been sentenced to death and meet on a prison bus that is hijacked by Kane's former colleagues.
Team Fortress 2

The continuation of the multiplayer FPS with strategy elements, being a continuation of the legendary Quake’s freeware modification from 1996. After Valve Corporation bought the title, subsequent versions of the game were powered by Half-Life’s engine, while TF 2 utilizes the modern Source engine. To some extent, mechanics resemble those in the original Team Fortress, which means completing subsequent missions, despite the other team's efforts to prevent that.
