The game is set in the far future and the world itself was inspired by Germanic mythology, which is combined here with elements of science fiction and abstract humor. The player assumes the role of a bright-haired warrior who traverses this fantasy world and fights mythological creatures.

His plans can only be thwarted by the team of Skylanders appointed by Master Eon. Similarly to its predecessors, Skylanders SuperChargers uses real action figurines that are transferred to the virtual world with Portal of Power.

Tembo the Badass Elephant offers seventeen different stages, with a few puzzles to solve and many more enemies to eliminate. Those include more powerful foes we meet from time to time that require coming up with appropriate tactic.

Yooka-Laylee is a 3D platformer developed by Playtonic Games, a studio created by the experienced developers who played a crucial role in the development of Rare's biggest games. The game's title is a blend of the protagonists names. Yooka, the first of them, is a chameleon who has an unusually long tongue, which can be used to grab onto various surfaces and cover large distances. The other one, Laylee, is a bat who can use sonic attacks.
