Playing the role of a prisoner imprisoned in dark catacombs, we have to get out of captivity, solving a number of logical puzzles allowing us to leave the next labyrinth rooms. The game is enriched by arcade sequences and the ability to eliminate enemies using elements of the environment.

A first-person action-adventure title released in episodic form. It is a mobile game adaptation of the Sons of Anarchy TV series, which tells the story of the titular biker gang. It is the work of Orpheus Interactive studio, which cooperated with Kurt Sutter, one of the creators of the original. We play as a criminalist who decides to join Sons of Anarchy, a task anything but easy – first we must clear a peculiar training that requires taking part in more and more dangerous challenges, many of which test our motorcycling skills. Before we are done with that, we will also have to take moral choices that will shape the story and its finale. Sons of Anarchy: The Prospect uses three-dimensional visuals with cel-shading technology. Warning: the mobile port of the game has been put on hold.

Another module created for Digital Combat Simulator World, an advanced flight simulator. This time, aviation fans can use the CASA C-101 – a Spanish jet that was first put into service in 1975. The jet is available in two versions: traditional trainer and the more advanced ground attack variant. This machine wasn't very popular and currently is only used by the Spanish Air Force's national acrobatic team. The jet is recreated with attention to smallest details – both in its looks, construction (e.g. electric components, navigation, fuel and hydraulics systems) as well as its behavior in the air. In addition to that, accordingly to the rules of DCS World platform, players get access a fully interactive cockpit which can be customized. The module also supports online flights with other members of DCS World community.

A continuation of a wacky 2D platform shooter, which in terms of mechanics resembles classic games such as Contra and the iconic Metal Slug series. Developed by OrangePixel, the game delivers even more chaos caused by countless bullets, enemies, and explosions making it impossible for a player to calmly analyze the situation on the screen. Luckily, throughout consecutive stages, there are numerous first-aid kits, which are able of healing even a nearly dead hero. Completing the main campaign is not very problematic, even though it has been divided into 56 separate levels. A much bigger challenge is posed by the Arcade mode, in which the player (with only one life) is tasked with covering the longest distance possible. The game features a style typical for other games developed by OrangePixel – simple, 2D visuals are not too elaborate, however, because of the dynamic gameplay, the player does not have much time to notice that.

The combat is simplified – we don't have full control of our character but we only can use attacks, dodges and blocks in a right moment by using predefined gestures. We can also collect cards which are unlocked with our progress. In addition to that, our characters can be developed and equipped with better gear.

The production allows you to pilot many planes, such as Boeing F-15SE Silent Eagle or Sukhoi PAK FA, and to complete an expansive single-player campaign or bonus missions in the challenge mode. The arcade-like flight model and frequent fights make the game resemble shooter productions more than most PC flight simulators. Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy Plus features 3D visuals, which are very high-quality for a 3DS game, both during the actual gameplay and spectacular replays.

We play as a pokemon trainer who duels wild pocket monsters. if we win, the pokemon we have defeated is added to our collection. Gameplay focuses on aligning three or more elements of the same kind into horizontal and vertical lines. We move small squares with pokemon icons around a small board. In order to attack, we have to align at least three pokemon icons of the same type (i.e. three Pikachus will create an electric attack). The more we use one pokemon, the stronger it gets. However, we have to remember we only have a limited number of moves to use in battle. If we use them all before winning, we automatically loose. Our enemies also have strengths and weaknesses, so it is advisable to plan ahead before battle.

The fights – depending on the opponent’s strength and size – will require several different approaches. It is possible to play by yourself, but the game emphasizes multiplayer cooperation, which makes surviving easier thanks to the option of building fortifications together and trading resources.

The gameplay builds on the proprietary “hearts and minds” mechanics – instead of waging an open war, a player has to gain favor with the natives and bring the Vietcong’s inhumane practices to naught. The developers ambitiously wanted to show the reality of the Vietnam War, which, apart from the conventional military operations, featured psychological warfare. The game features mediocre visuals; however, the cross-platform gameplay runs smooth for owners of both PC / Windows and mobile devices.

You have to carefully aim and adjust the force of the spell, taking into account the distance, topography, and obstacles. After each hit, you are teleported to where the fireball stopped. At the same time, you also have to watch the mana level, which allows you to cast your spells. As you progress, you can develop the protagonist's skills and unlock new spells (such as a freezing spell), which help you fight your enemies.

When it comes to gameplay mechanics, Space Marshals fits within the frames of a top-down shooter. The protagonist can sneak, perform silent kills, use covers, flank opponents, and distract guards using disguises. In combat he uses various weapons, starting from suppressed pistols and all the way to rocket launchers. As a lawman, he does not have to kill all enemies on sight, some of them can be arrested.

Technobabylon is set in the year 2087 in a dystopian metropolis of the future, in which Genetic engineering and technological modifications are a daily occurence and the order is kept by a well-armed organization known as CEL, whose role is that of the police, army, and research institute put together. In the game you follow the intertwining stories of three characters: a geneticist blackmailed by an unknown person, a woman addicted to a cyber-drug called Transe, and a tech-savvy worker going through a loyalty crisis. The stories of the protagonists are bound by the common thread of a huge political conspiracy that threatens not only their lives, but also the entire world. Interestingly, Technobabylon uses fans’ voices for the recorded voice messages found in the game.

Cube Creator 3D has two primary game modes. In the Creative mode we explore the stereoscopic 3D fantasy world and modify it as we please. We use various tools and resources to do so. Survival mode, like its name suggests, focuses on survival. In it, we start empty handed and we have to find resources as soon as possible and use them to craft basic tools. We will need them to build shelters and create weapons, which we will definitely need to face the monsters living in the game's world. Like in many similar games, Cube Creator 3D's visuals are based on voxels.

Visuals, smooth animations, and the engine capable of generating thousands of troops at the same time – which is something rarely seen in mobile productions – are the biggest assets of this game.

A 2D logic puzzle platform game for Nintendo 3DS. In Boxboy!, you play as a nice, square protagonist called Qbby, who can create exact copies of himself. There are many logic puzzles to complete — in every level, you have to arrange special blocks in a given order to form a certain configuration to progress. There are 17 levels and they vary in terms of challenges. Later levels feature such dangers as lasers or deadly spikes. The biggest challenge in Boxboy!, however, is the fact that there is a limit on how many squares you can create in a single level. Given that every map features special collectibles and that most solutions can only be found by trial and error, you can quickly run out of blocks. Boxboy! features minimalist black-and-white visuals utilizing simple shapes such as squares and triangles.

The first expansion to the well-received turn-based strategy game Battle Academy 2: Eastern Front from Slitherine. The expansion pack recreates the eponymous Battle of Kursk, known as the greatest armored battle in world’s history. In the summer of 1943 the Nazi Germany made a desperate attempt at regaining the upper hand on the Eastern Front, throwing in almost all of their advanced combat vehicles. The Russians defending Kursk, however, predicted the enemy’s plan and kept shattering enemy squadrons one by one as they were approaching the city and managed to keep the Germans at bay. In the game you can pick one of the two sides of the conflict, either taking control of German tanks assaulting the city or the Soviet defenders trying to repel the offensive. Individual missions in both campaigns are tied to one another, which means that the loss you take in one battle carries over to the next one. Apart from these additional missions, Battle Academy 2: Battle of Kursk offers new units on both sides of the conflict.

With the threat of apocalypse looming nearby, the galactic leaders have decided to begin an aggressive program of colonization, using futuristic capsules, which creates various internal conflicts. The players choose one of the two warring factions, with the objective to retrieve the capsule taken over by the enemy. Each arena pits two two-manned teams against each other. The key to success lies in the right use of a vast arsenal of weapons and energetic shields and avoiding traps that are laid in large numbers in enemy base. Capsule Force also contains a single player mode, which acts as a form of practice. The game is complemented by 8-bit, pixel-art visuals.

Flick Golf 3D is a special edition of a popular mobile sports game developed for Nintendo 3DS. The game mechanics are almost identical to its mobile version, the only difference being the fact that now they can employ the console’s 3D capabilities. Rules of the game are a slightly simplified version of those from the actual golf matches. We have to use the console's touch screen to sink a perfect hole in one. We also have to take under consideration the wind speed and direction, and obstacles, such as water, sand, or trees. There are three game modes available: you can beat high scores across six courses in Quickshot mode, compete for trophies in World Tour mode, and try yourself in Quickshot Pro. Flick Golf 3D uses both screens of Nintendo 3DS. We can adjust the 3D depth during the game, which makes it easier for us to estimate the ball's position on the course and plan the perfect hit.

During the turn-based battles, the player commands a team of characters they have recruited - they make use of both melee weapons and offensive spells. Alongside progression, the player acquires new combat abilities, equipment and spells that fall into three separate schools of magic. Also, the player can improve the previously acquired ones and buy different upgrades for one's subordinates. As compared to the original game, the visuals have not changed considerably - Braveland Wizard comes with cartoonish, eye-pleasing visuals.

What’s interesting, we can create each party member, as well as the vast majority of their equipment, from scratch, using an extensive crafting system. The game does not lack for a typical character development system, but, as befits a roguelike title, death is permanent for all heroes. If one of them perishes, his or her equipment is also gone. However, it stays in the game world and can be found and used by other players.

Sea of Solitude stands out with its original graphics, resembling an animated motion picture. The game also conveys a deeper meaning, the message being that a desperately lonely person may gradually become a monster.
