A modern remake of one of the most controversial games in gaming history. Originally, the title came out in 1997 as a debut production from the developer Running With Scissors. Both the gameplay and the premise were inspired by the phrase “going postal” which means to become uncontrollably angry and violent as a result of working a stressful job. In the game, we assume the role of the Postal Dude who hits the streets with an intent of murdering anyone who happens to stand, walk, or sit in his way. The title offers several various levels, in which the innocent civilians will be slaughtered with a vast arsenal of weapons of different caliber and purpose. The new version is powered by Unreal Engine 4, which translates into incomparably better graphics, prettier locations, and more detailed character models. It also offers a cooperation mode. Despite the changes to the technical side of the game, the developers managed to preserve the specific atmosphere of the original.

A classic trading card game (TCG) set in a fantasy world where forces of Good and Evil fight each other divided into six different factions. It has been developed by Bulgarian Dream Reactor studio. Each of the factions’ heroes belongs to one of six play styles: Order, Wisdom, Nature, Corruption, Dominion, and Rage. They also have a unique skill each and can learn more of them, using special shrines, as the game progress. Fights in Spellweaver TCG employ a classic turn-based system, but we can use some of the spells or various battle tricks during opponent’s move. It offers a lot of tactical depth, while emphasizing the strategic aspect. The game has been developed with multiplayer mode in mind, where we can take part in tournaments and slowly climb up online rankings. For solitary players, developers prepared an extensive single player campaign.

The expansion, released for the game's 15th anniversary, adds eight new locations (Arx Mentis, Caverns of Endless Song, Combine Dredge, Tempest Temple, The Lost Castle, and Thyliasaur Island) and new enemies, including dinosaurs. Additionally, the experience cap has been raised to level 105. The developers also added new side quests, as well as equipment, spells, and abilities. A keyring has also been implemented, which partially solves the problem with insufficient inventory space. The expansion utilizes the same technology as the game, released over ten years ago, but its visuals are more detailed.

A tower defense game featuring a gothic/steampunk setting. Deathtrap was developed by Neocore Games, the studio known for such titles as King Arthur or The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing. The game’s story focuses on battling all sorts of monsters that are trying to invade the real world. The last obstacle on their way is you and your fortress. Consistently with the rules of the genre, gameplay is primarily about building various guard towers that work in many different ways. Some of them freeze opponents, others electrocute them, yet others slash them with spinning blades. Besides, there is always one of a cast of heroes present on the battlefield, who supports your actions and keeps killing approaching enemies. As you play you earn points that you can spend on new defense structures or upgrade the existing ones. As for graphics, Deathtrap works on the same engine that The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing used, and thus looks much like the sformentioned game.

Its story takes us to a land filled with magic and fantasy races, while the game itself concentrates on skirmishes between two teams of five people. The teams don’t fight by themselves though, as they are supported by eponymous giants, controlled by AI, the most durable and deadly units in the game. The main objective is to defeat the opposing team’s giant, which can be weakened by capturing certain points on the map. Typically for such games, we observe everything from third-person perspective and develop our characters during a match, use environmental objects, and combine attacks into deadly combos.

In this production from Realmforge, we once again assume the role of a dark lord who rules underground dungeons. This time, however, his ambitions go much further. Apart from defending his realm, his goal is also to attack human settlements and castles that can be found on the surface. Therefore, the gameplay of Dungeons 2 takes place on two levels. The economic part focuses around raw materials acquisition, dungeon development, researching new technologies, and training monsters. Once the player emerges on the surface, the game turns into a classic RTS, in which we lead an army of horrific creatures to plunder and wreak havoc in human settlements. The game is characterized by a rather humorous approach, making fun of numerous, hackneyed patterns of the fantasy genre. An unusual adventure game by tiger & squid, and independent Dutch studio. The protagonist of Beyond Eyes is a ten-year-old girl named Rae who lost her sight in an accident while firing up fireworks. Ever since that day, she spends most of the time in the garden next to her house, accompanied by a cat named Nani. One day, the animal disappears, and Rae decides to leave the house for the first time in a long time to find her lost pet. The gameplay consists of traversing alien, hostile environment in search of traces of the lost cat. Since we control a blind girl, the game quite significantly deviates from the established formulas of the genre, because the protagonist has to skillfully use the incoming stimuli, mostly sound-based ones, for the purposes of orientation and visualization of the surrounding world. The game features unusual graphics that are full of endless white and dimly outlined shapes.
