The ESPN NFL 2K5 is a technically advanced continuation of the already excellent sports series. This time, compared to last year's edition, the game got an even bigger "kick" and we can already say that it is almost perfect. The production of the game was again done by Visual Concepts studio, and the publisher, as always, is SEGA.

A turn-based strategy game from the creators of Frozen Synapse. Frozen Cortex is set in the distant future, in which the most popular sport is a futuristic version of American football featuring robot players. During you turn, you plan the moves of your whole team, and then you watch them executed during action sequences, which last several seconds each. Thanks to this system, unlike in other sports games, the gameplay does not focus on reacting to your opponent's moves, but on predicting them. Thus to win, you need an appropriate tactical plan, which takes into account all possible moves your opponent can execute. Frozen Cortex features a single player mode, in which you play against the AI, and an online multiplayer mode. In the first mode, you can participate in a single match or play through a whole season with your team. Frozen Cortex features fully 3D visuals and a soundtrack created by the studio's previous game's composer.
