A first-person horror adventure game. Our hero is a two years old child, with all the physical and mental traits of this age. He gets woken up from sleep by a mysterious sounds and realizes that his mother is missing, so he decides to search for her together with his teddy bear.
Among the Sleep for PC, XONE and PS4 is an interactive FPP horror in which we assume the role of a two-year old child. The game is the debut project of a small Norwegian studio Krillbite.
The game starts one night with our hero sleeping in his cradle. He awakes due to strange noises and decides to check where they are coming from. During his exploration, he quickly realizes that his mother is missing from the house, so he decides to search for her. His rich imagination causes him to visit rather surrealistic places, which he can only escape by finding memories of family members. In this uneasy journey the protagonist is accompanied by a stuffed animal named Teddy, who is his only ally in the quest of finding his way back home. The toy is also used to light up the darkest rooms and tunnels.
Among the Sleep for PC, XONE and PS4 is an adventure-horror game based on exploration, featuring a FPP view. The gameplay mainly consists in exploring the surroundings and searching for a way to reach another location while running away from monsters and solving puzzles. The player’s character is only two years old, so most of the time he moves by crawling or slowly walking, though it is possible to run for a short period of time. The short height of the baby means that he has to climb to reach many objects. Moreover, at such a young age, the child still doesn’t have what it takes to understand the surrounding world, so what he sees isn’t always true and is changing constantly.
