Released in September 2021 , Diablo II: Resurrected initially appeared to be a project that would not be developed by Blizzard for long. That's why it was a surprise to see the release more than four years later of a paid add-on (titled Reign of the Warlock) to this remaster of the cult 2000 hack'n'slash action RPG, introducing a character class that wasn't in the original Diablo II.
