Lacuna - A Sci-Fi Noir Adventure is a 2D science fiction and noir adventure game. This is another indie game released by Assemble Entertainment, and it was developed by the German studio DigiTales Interactive.

Plot

As the title suggests, Lacuna - A Sci-Fi Noir Adventure takes us into the distant future, to a huge metropolis where a high-profile murder occurs. The case is investigated by Neil Conrad, an agent of the CDI organisation. What he doesn't realise is that this investigation will turn his life, and the entire solar system, upside down.

GameGrin: 8 / 10 by Alana Dunitz

Lacuna is a beautiful looking futuristic noir detective story with a great soundtrack that really makes you realise how much your decisions matter. Be prepared to do a lot of reading and research in-game so you make informed choices, because if you don't a bad ending is waiting for you!

Jump Dash Roll: 9 / 10 by Rob Kershaw

Lacuna is a slick noir adventure debut handled remarkably well by a tiny indie team.

Softpedia: 8.5 / 10 by Cosmin Vasile

Lacuna is not very long, but it has really high replay value and it checks the correct boxes of an adventure game. But what makes Lacuna really memorable are the atmosphere and the fact that it focuses on consequences rather than morality.
