The fourth installment of the popular series of arcade fighting games in which characters from Capcom games (including ones from Street Fighter) are facing Marvel Comics superheroes like Iron Man, Hulk and Captain America. Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite for PC, PS4 and XONE enables the players to join forces against an enemy team both in solo and multiplayer mode. The effective battles are played on three-dimensional arenas on which the players can move in two dimensions.

Plot

Two antagonists of both universes combine into one powerful creature known as Ultron Sigma. They are attempting to take control over the united worlds of Marvel and Capcom. The heroes of both dimensions intend to stop the villain. In order to do that, they must find four Infinity Stones. Before they achieve this goal, first they must face a group of enemies led by Jedah Dohma.
