Narcos: Rise of the Cartels is a turn-based strategy based on the license of a popular series available at Netflix. The title was developed by Kuju Entertainment studio and was released by Curve Digital.
Narcos: Rise of the Cartels presents the events shown in the first season of the original series. As they take control of Cartel with Medellin or DEA (American drug agency) officers, players follow a story in which the TV series El Patron, the famous Pablo Escobar, is the narrator.
In Narcos: Rise of the Cartels action is shown in isometric projection. The main element of the game are turn-based clashes with enemies, in which success is ensured by skillful use of resources and objects present on the battlefield.
Narcos: Rise of the Cartels has three-dimensional graphics of decent quality. The party is accompanied by an atmospheric soundtrack inspired by the music from the original series.
